All app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't process App Store refunds on Apple's behalf, but if something went wrong on our end, let us know and we'll do what we can.
Our apps don't require accounts with Lowkey Labs - your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account. To delete app data, delete the app from your device and (optionally) clear its iCloud storage in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
