Futari

Futari is a wedding planning app for couples. More at futariapp.io. If you're running into issues, here's what to try first:

  • Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.
  • If data isn't syncing, check that iCloud is enabled for Futari in Settings.
  • Force-quitting and reopening the app fixes most display glitches.

Refunds

All app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't process App Store refunds on Apple's behalf, but if something went wrong on our end, let us know and we'll do what we can.

Account deletion

Our apps don't require accounts with Lowkey Labs - your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account. To delete app data, delete the app from your device and (optionally) clear its iCloud storage in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
