Privacy.

We collect the minimum. We don't sell data. We never will.

What this covers

This policy explains how Lowkey Labs handles information across our website (lowkey-labs.com) and our apps (Futari, TapGlass). If an individual app has its own in-app privacy policy, the in-app version takes priority for that app.

What we collect on the website

We don't use analytics scripts, cookies, or trackers on lowkey-labs.com. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you send us, and we reply. That's it.

What our apps collect

Our apps are designed to store your data on your device by default. Where an app needs to sync data across your devices, it uses iCloud (Apple's encrypted personal cloud), not our servers.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, contacts, location history, photo libraries, or any data that isn't strictly required for the app to work. Each app's App Store listing contains a detailed privacy label that lists exactly what that app collects.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • We don't train AI models on your personal content.
  • We don't share your data with third parties for marketing.
  • We don't use third-party analytics inside our apps.

Third parties we do work with

Some services are necessary to run a business. We use Apple (App Store, iCloud, TestFlight) to distribute our apps. We use Stripe if we process a payment. We use an email provider to reply to your messages. These providers have their own privacy policies and handle data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email us and we'll act within 30 days.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
